Hello and welcome. I am a fully qualified reflexologist and was assessed by Renee Tanner. I am qualified in anatomy and physiology, fully insured and a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association.

I also worked on my own Health and Wellbeing Project for the community in Southwark. This project was also funded by Southwark Council.
I provided Reflexology services to a wide range of clients, which range from voluntary sector to business and private clients. The settings of which were equally varied, from client's premises, business premises, events and in public sector environments.
I have provided talks about Reflexology and it's benefits on request.
As a Buddhist, I aim to continue to create value by providing holistic practices to both empower and enhance individual's wellbeing.
I learnt not just about reflexology, but I also learnt about people’s attitude towards their feet and their health. My journey unfolded and I have never tired of learning the intrinsic interconnectedness of the body and how stimulating the relevant points on the feet or hands can promote healing within the body. The body is truly an amazing thing.
People used to say, in jest, that I would make a good investigator, this translates into my practice as a reflexologist. I want to know the cause and get to the bottom of a person’s complaint. I believe without knowing the cause one will only be managing the effects.
This journey has enabled me to understand better the connection of various points relating to bodily systems and energetic, emotional and mental systems, such as anxiety. Can you tell how passionate I am about reflexology?
I am not only passionate about reflexology, but I am also passionate about well-being and people. I am sure you will agree, well-being isn’t just about what we eat, drink or the efforts we take to maintain good health and physical fitness, it encompasses our entire life (past, present and future).
I delve deeply into using reflexology to assist me with my findings. My experience and knowledge in various other practices contribute assistance to a person in their wellness.
Initially, I was only doing reflexology for friends and family. It grew to a point where referrals were happening. I experienced treating my father with reflexology when he was suffering from pain due to cancer and we managed the pain with success.
Overall, I noticed how much people were changing positively not only visibly in their health and well-being but also creatively and within their environment.
Reflexology both grounds and centres you. It puts you fully in your body. All bodily systems are encouraged to work at their best and therefore the impact is very individual from person to person.
I am no magician – despite being told that – but, I am determined, compassionate and passionate about helping people become well, energised and happy. I feel very happy when I learn of or even witness the transformations that my clients experience. It is truly wonderful.
The subject of reflexology is immense and I intend to share as much as possible about that journey via my website. Beit blogs, pictures, reviews, testimonials, talks, and tutorials. You got it.
I am enthusiastic about a very underrated healing modality, unfortunately, and I am on a mission to share it with as many people as possible.
